APC Colombia invites officials working at government organizations at the national and regional levels to qualify their technical skills and benefit from the technical cooperation offered by partner governments, through trainning courses.
The main purpose of the trainning courses is to share experiences and knowledge of successful development models in other countries to implement them in Colombia. This trainning course is offered by the Government of Singapore and will be held from September 19th to the 21st, 2018.

Applicants should be:
• Mid-to-senior level officials whose work involves the use of geospatial information and technology in planning and decision-making, or are from data- science, ICT, urban planning, land administration, or related fields.
• Nominated by their respective Governments;
• Proficient in written and spoken English; and
• In good health.
Geospatial Information Science and Technology (GIST) is increasingly important for planning and IT decision-making across sectors. This course aims to share Singapore’s experience in the use of geospatial information and technology in planning and decision-making. By the end of the course, participants should be able to make useful recommendations for their National (or Municipal) Spatial Data Infrastructures.
